cross2I wear a number of different hats professionally – researcher, consultant, tutor and practical theologian.  My particular interests include faith-based community development, urban mission and fresh expressions of Church.

As you will see from the potted summary below, my career to date has been quite varied (some might even say eclectic!). But much of it has been spent in the spaces created where different organisations and sectors interact. As such, a lot of my work has been about bridge-building:
